Your paid account will renew automatically for the same term, unless you disable the renewal or notify us in writing at least fifteen (15) days prior to your renewal date that you would like to modify or cancel your account.
Subject to these Terms, you can terminate at any time, for any reason, by cancelling your Account and ceasing to use the Services and as per the instructions on the Munshee website.
Payments for the Services are due upon account activation and subsequent renewal dates. There will be no refunds for any unused Services or any unexpired period of usage after termination of your account.
Upgrades, renewal amounts and any applicable taxes will be charged to the credit card or payment method as set up in your account.
Munshee may terminate any paid account if you fail to pay for the Services, or for any other breaches of these Terms.
Munshee is not obligated to continue providing access to any Service beyond the date when Munshee ceases providing such Service to users generally, or in the event of Munshee’s cessation of business.
Munshee will notify you regarding any event surrounding its cessation of business, and will accordingly request that you migrate, remove or transfer your data out of the Services offered by Munshee within fourteen (14) days calendar days. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Munshee harmless against any loss suffered or incurred or likely to be suffered or incurred, directly or indirectly resulting your failure to conduct such a migration, removal or transfer of your data from the Services.
Munshee may permanently or temporarily stop providing, or may modify the Services, any feature included in the Services, or the availability of the Services on any particular device or account, at any time and without notice to you.
Munshee may immediately terminate any account should a third party make an intellectual property infringement claim relating to the Services.
